Under the Garrison and MW Companies umbrella, Garrison Management Company provides management services for the properties owned by affiliates of MW Development Enterprises. We can tailor our project hold period and guarantor recourse to the individual investor. So, we can do anything from personally guaranteed construction financing with a mini-perm for the short term hold or go with an agency loan and their low rates for a longer term hold. The vision of the company is to create projects in great markets with low risk to our lenders and value for our investors.
Garrison Development was formed to develop, acquire and rehabilitate affordable multi-family housing, targeted for communities with a population of 4,000 or more in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Colorado, Utah, Oklahoma, Mississippi, Kentucky, Arkansas, and Iowa.
Garrison Management Company is a real estate property management company created to manage affordable and market rate rental housing properties owned by affiliates of the Garrison and MW Companies, Garrison Development Company and Garrison L. Hassenflu, and to fee-manage select properties owned by third parties.
