Upon completion of the development, the project will offer a total of 229 multifamily living units in a single structure with surface and garage parking and 8750 square feet of restaurant/retail/office space. Green areas, a dog park area, benches, a leasing office and a community/fitness room, volleyball court and an outdoor patio/kitchen/pool will exist on-site. Project costs will total approximately $49 million dollars, to be made possible by owner’s equity, TIF financing and a HUD 221d4 permanent/construction loan. The project will be designed by Clockwork Architecture, Kansas City, MO, and construction managed by an area general contractor. We expect a December 15, 2018 construction start with an April 15, 2020 completion. We expect absorption of 15-20 units per month.
