Under the Garrison and MW Companies umbrella, Garrison Management Company provides management services for the properties owned by affiliates of MW Development Enterprises. We can tailor our project hold period and guarantor recourse to the individual investor. So, we can do anything from personally guaranteed construction financing with a mini-perm for the short term hold or go with an agency loan and their low rates for a longer term hold.
